    Dr. Seth Ohemeng Dapaah is the Regional Monitoring & Evaluation Specialist at Millennium Promise.

    He originally joined the MDG Centre in July 2011 after working for five years as database manager for the Millennium Villages Project in Bonsaaso, Ghana.

    Dr. Dapaah graduated from the University of Reading, England with a Ph.D. (1999) and M.S.c (1988) in applied statistics.

    He also holds an undergraduate degree in computer science (1984) from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), in Kumasi, Ghana. Before joining the Millennium Villages Project in Bonsaaso he worked as senior research scientist in Crops Research Institute of the Council for Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR), Ghana, as the head of the Biometrics and ICT division. Dr. Dapaah has been active in various capacities, including: lecturing at the graduate school of the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology; providing statistical support to the community health section of the School of Medical Sciences, Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology; providing statistical support to Africa Rice Centre (formerly WARDA); and World Bank projects on energy access in Ghana.
